South American Wine Dinner in Daytona Beach: Journey to Chile & Argentina
Explore the flavors of the world without leaving the beach at our monthly global wine dinner series. On November 28, we'll be highlighting the robust red wines and white wine and rich cuisine of South America during a fabulous four-course meal. Guests will enjoy unlimited pours of wine as well as a tasty amuse bouche and reception before dinner begins.

The evening of sensory delights begins with a wine reception in McCoys Rum Room at 6:30 p.m. Then you'll be treated to an amuse bouche followed by a lavish feast of four courses at Doc Bales' Grill, each perfectly paired with wines from Chilean and Mairena wineries. Here's the menu:

• Amuse Bouche: Beet and Goat Cheese Terrine with Orange Blossom Honey Walnuts & Aged Balsamic
• 1st Course: Sika Carpaccio with Herb Aioli & Trio of Peppercorn – Paired with Mairena, Sauvignon Blanc 2014
• 2^nd Course: Smoked Grilled Octopus with Rouille & Caramelized Tangerines – Paired with Grace's Vine, Pinot Noir 2015
• 3^rd Course: Molasses Marinated Double Lamb Chop with Bulgur Wheat Risotto & Rocket Arugula Pesto – Paired with Mairena, Malbec 2014
• Dessert: Poached Frangipane Forelle Pear with Cinnamon Biscuit, Tahitian Vanilla Bean Ice Cream & Grand Marnier Caramel Sauce – Paired with Mairena, Bonarda 2014
