Doc Bales Grill presents a monthly "Wines of the World" dinner series. Featuring four courses of gourmet wine and food pairings, these monthly wine dinners are both elegant and educational. Each month is themed by a different location of the globe's finest wineries. Entrees are paired with the notes of each wine course by our resident expert culinary team and a guest speaker from each winery will guide guests through a journey of the wine's origination and fermentation.
The wine and dinner pairings occur the last Thursday in March, May, September, October, November and December 2019. A cheese & crudite reception in McCoys Rum Room begins at 6:30 pm, followed by amuse bouche in Doc Bales' Grill and four courses of gourmet wines and entrees.
