OUTSIDE CATERERS

Third Party Caterers planning to provide any food and beverage on Hotel's premises or grounds must provide the following:
Copy of valid catering license
Certificate of insurance showing a minimum coverage of $3,000,000.
This certificate must name Hotel and its ownership as additional insured's.
Proof of passing most recent health inspection
Hotel Provided Hold Harmless Waiver
 
The caterer must provide no less than two (2) employees to be at the
hotel throughout the meal service. The responsibility of the caterer's employees is to
transfer the food from their containers to the hotel's containers, to answer dietary
questions, and handle food quantity issues.
 
Menu and equipment needs from caterer are to be sent to the hotel at least (14) days prior to event.
Hotel will provide hot boxes, chafers, platters, bowls, serving spoons, tongs, and plate ware.
Hotel does not provide disposable items like gloves, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.
Additional fees will apply if Caterer needs access to Hotel Kitchen.
 
No Alcoholic Beverages May be Brought into Hotel.
