DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort announces specialty food and beverage offerings for guests and locals throughout May, including a Mother's Day brunch, exclusive wine reception and dinner and weekly drink specials.
On Sunday, May 14, the hotel will celebrate Mother's Day with brunch in its Coquina Ballroom. The event will feature a custom menu full of brunch favorites and assorted dishes, along with take-home gifts for every mom. The hotel invites guests and locals to honor this celebratory day by making a reservation for any of the available seating times: 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. Interested parties can call (386) 947-8054 to reserve a table. The hotel's Doc Bales' Grill will also hold an all-you-can-eat Mother's Day brunch buffet from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling (386) 254-8200 ext. 7033.
The following week, Doc Bales' Grill presents a Journey to France Wine Reception and Dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25. The monthly wine dinner includes an exclusive reception and multi-course dinner prepared by executive chef Tony Johnson and expertly paired with fine wines from the region. Additionally, weekly bar specials will be offered at the hotel's Clocktower Lounge throughout the month. Wednesday's Ladies Night kicks off the deals from 4 - 10 p.m. with $5 hand-crafted martinis. Every Thursday night from 5 - 7 p.m., guests can enjoy hand-picked wine flights that pair with chef Johnson's culinary creations starting at $10. And on Friday nights from 5 - 7 p.m. the Lounge will offer bourbon, whiskey and scotch tasting flights starting at $12.
