After dining to their heart’s content, guests are invited to swing by Don Ricos Fresh Mex Grill, the resort’s newly updated casual dining outlet and lounge, to catch up on the holiday parades or football games on one of nine HDTVs. Or, walk off brunch with an oceanfront stroll and snap a few family photos on the beach or nostalgic Boardwalk.
The resort’s Thanksgiving Brunch buffet will be served on Thursday, November 22 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes the following menu selections:
COLD DISPLAY
● Local artisanal cheese display
● Orange spiced tea- infused seasonal fruit
● Southern-inspired virgin Bloody Mary with green lip mussels and pickled vegetables, grilled baby romaine, parmesan lace, hibiscus caesar dressing, grilled chicken, waldorf salad, heirloom tomato and baby burrata
● Moroccan quinoa, dried fruit, nuts, herbs
FRESHLY BAKED
● Focaccia, baguettes, croissants, sister schubert’s & grilled flatbread, bagels, whipped butter
CHICKEN & WAFFLE STATION
● Design your own customized waffle, beginning with a crispy cornflake-fried breast of free-range chicken topped with guest’s choice of fresh berries, spiced whipped cream, Vermont maple syrup, sausage gravy, whipped orange blossom honey butter or a fried egg

Brunch will be served in the resort’s elegant Coquina Foyer with seating times at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Access to the brunch buffet is $54.95 for adults and $19.95 for children ages 6-12, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
