Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort Announces Beer Fest 2018

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Mar. 27, 2018) - Craft beer enthusiasts should add March 30-31 to their calendars, as the hotly anticipated Beer Fest 2018 returns to the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. Beer, wine, spirits and food vendors will take over three of the Resort’s signature restaurants — Doc Bales’ Grill, McCoys Rum Room and The Blind Turtle — and the main banquet space to give Daytona a taste of local craft brands as well as international bottles and brews.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their appetites as carving, dessert and chocolatier stations offer selections of savory to sweet flavors from around the globe. From short ribs, pasta and seafood to flambé, cheeses and chocolates, there will be plenty of food and beverage pairings to satisfy even the most adventurous palates.
Learn the science behind the perfect drink with interactive mixology and sommelier sessions or inspire your inner chef with expert cooking demonstrations. Beer Fest has something for everyone, from live entertainment with local band Miss Intent to neck massages and hand reflexology, and even specialty coffee and tea stations.
Tickets are $45 per person per day (including unlimited tastings of food and drinks), and can be purchased at the door. The event will be held from 6-9PM Friday evening and 2-5PM Saturday afternoon.
