Napa Valley Wine Pairing Dinner at Doc Bales' Grill
Join us on Wednesday, January 31 as our popular "Wines of the World" dinner series continues at Doc Bales' Grill. This month, the theme is "Journey to Napa," and the delicious, multi-course meal will feature wines from California's most prestigious wine producing region. It begins with a wine and cheese crudité reception in McCoys Rum Room at 6:30 p.m., followed by a five-course pairing meal.
Daytona Beach Wine Tasting Dinner Menu
Each course will be paired with a wine from the Napa Valley's Franciscan Estate:
- Amuse-Bouche: Salmon Croquette with Dill Crème Fraiche (Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1st Course: Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Pickled Tri-Colored Cauliflower (Merlot)
- 2nd Course: Pan-Seared Lamb Loin with Crispy Sweat Bread and a Spicy Rhubarb Gastrique (Cabernet Sauvignon)
- 3rd Course: Braised Short Ribs over Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Baby Carrots (Equilibrium)
- Dessert: Lemon Poached Pear with Raspberry Coulis
