• Amuse Bouche: Parma Prosciutto with Charentais Melon and Finger Lime

• First Course: Pan Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with Armagnac Flamed Lady Apples and Florida Tangerines. Pairing: Villa Andretti Sauvignon Blanc, 2014

• Second Course: Diver Scallop Sashimi and Coins of Fingerling Trilogy with Sweet Corn Romesco and Pear Infused Organic California Olive Oil. Pairing: Villa Andretti Chardonnay, 2014
